The fun starts right on the Plose, Brixen's local mountain. There are other ski areas nearby that are suitable for day trips. Here you will find endless possibilities for skiing. Cross-country skiers will also find pleasure there.
Toboggan
There is also a lot to experience for toboggan fans. There are several fantastic natural toboggan runs available in Brixen and the surrounding area.
A special highlight is the 12 km long “Rudi Run” route, which leads from the Plose mountain station down to the valley - maximum fun is guaranteed for everyone! The longest floodlit toboggan run in Italy, the Rosskopf toboggan run in Sterzing, is very close to Brixen.
