The Brixencard: double advantages - double pleasure!

• Daily except Sundays free admission to South Tyrol's largest fun pool Acquarena, which is located directly opposite our hotel.
• Free use of all public transport
• Daily one ascent and descent with the cable car to the Plose mountain.
• Free admission to 82 South Tyrolean museums.

Cancellation conditions

We ask for your understanding that the following conditions apply in the event of a cancellation:

• In the event of cancellation within 16 to 11 days prior to arrival, fees of 40% of the total amount booked will be charged.
• In the event of cancellation within 10 to 6 days before arrival, fees of 60% of the total amount booked will be charged.
• In the event of cancellation within 5 days prior to arrival, fees of 60% of the total amount booked will be charged.
• In the event of early departure, late arrival or no-show, a cancellation fee of 70% applies to the days booked but not used.

In some times, as well as for group inquiries, the cancellation conditions may differ.

Check-in and check-out

The room is ready for you from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the room by 11.00 a.m.
If you would like a late check-out please let us know at the reception.

Location & Arrival

Take the motorway exit "Brixen" and follow the main road towards Brixen. There is an Eni gas station at the city entrance, turn there and drive into the city. After 100 m the hotel is on the right-hand side.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in our Hotel. Thank you for your understanding.
