One card, endless adventures

• Free use of all public transport throughout South Tyrol
• Cable cars: 1 ascent and descent per day during selected periods (Plose cable car 23.05.–10.07.2026 and 06.09.–01.11.2026; Gitschberg Jochtal cable cars 14.05.–10.07.2026 and 06.09.–07.11.2026)
• Daily admission for 3 hours from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays as well as during Christmas time (24.12.2026 - 06.01.2027)

Cancellation conditions

We ask for your understanding that the following conditions apply in the event of cancellation:

• Cancellations within 16 to 11 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 40% of the total amount booked.
• In the event of cancellation within 10 to 6 days prior to arrival, a fee of 60% of the total amount booked will be charged.
• Cancellation within 5 to 2 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 70% of the total amount booked.
• Cancellation within 1 day prior to arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the total amount booked.
• In the event of early departure, late arrival or no-show, a cancellation fee of 100% of the booked, unused days will be charged.

In some periods, as well as for group requests, the cancellation conditions may vary.

In the period from 01.08.2026 to 31.08.2026 and from 28.11.2026 to 11.01.2027, special cancellation conditions apply, which exclude free cancellation.

Check-in and check-out

The room is ready for you from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the room by 11.00 a.m.
If you would like a late check-out please let us know at the reception.

Local tax

The obligatory local tax of 3.80€ per person and night is to be paid in cash.

Location & Arrival

Take the motorway exit "Brixen" and follow the main road towards Brixen. There is an Eni gas station at the city entrance, turn there and drive into the city. After 100 m the hotel is on the right-hand side.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in our Hotel. Thank you for your understanding.
